Privacy policy

In plain words: what Rivo Arena keeps when you book a slot, and how it is used.

1. What we keep

   • When you book: your name, mobile number, team name, address, special request and promo code (whichever you give us).
   • Your booking history: which slots you booked, what you paid, what is still due, and any refunds.
   • bKash payments: the transaction ID (TrxID), amount and status. We never see or store your bKash PIN or password.
   • Staff accounts: the name, email and (when signing in with Google) profile photo of people who use the admin panel.
   • To stop spam, your IP address is kept briefly in the server's memory. It is not written to the database.

2. Why we use it

   • To confirm bookings, remind you before the game (SMS/WhatsApp), take and refund payments, keep the turf's accounts, and give regular customers special rates or offers.
   • We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who it is shared with

   • bKash, for the advance payment and refunds.
   • Our SMS provider (sms.net.bd), to send booking and reminder SMS: only the mobile number and the message.
   • Google, only when staff sign in with Google.
   • Our hosting (Railway, Singapore servers), which runs the website and database.
   • Authorities, only when the law requires it.

4. What everyone can see

The website only shows whether a slot is free, on hold or booked. The status page for a booking code shows its time and status, never your name or number.

5. Cookies and browser storage

One cookie keeps staff signed in. Your light/dark theme choice stays in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Bookings and payments are part of the turf's books, so they are kept. On request we can remove your name, address and notes; the payment records the accounts need remain.

7. Your rights

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp at the number below. Writing from the number you booked with helps us find it quickly.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, this page will show the new date.
