Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a slot at Rivo Arena online.

1. Booking and advance

   • When you pick a slot and give your name and mobile number, the slot is held for you for 15 minutes.
   • Pay the ৳500 advance with bKash within that time to confirm the booking. If it isn't paid in time, the hold ends and the slot is free again.
   • The rest is paid at the turf on the day. Prices are as shown on the website; only one offer or promo code applies per booking.
   • Give a correct mobile number: booking updates and any contact go to that number.

2. Cancelling and refunds

   • To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your booking code.
   • Cancel 24 hours or more before kick-off: the full advance is refunded.
   • Cancel between 6 and 24 hours before: 50% of the advance is refunded.
   • Cancel less than 6 hours before, or don't show up: the advance is not refunded.
   • If the game can't happen because of the turf (rain, repairs, or a booking we don't accept), the full advance is refunded.
   • Refunds go back by bKash or cash, usually within a few days. The owner may refund more in special cases.

3. At the turf

   • Please be on time: the slot ends at its set time, and late arrival doesn't extend it.
   • Follow the turf rules. The person who booked is responsible for deliberate damage.
   • Sport carries a risk of injury; you play at your own risk. First aid is available at the turf.
   • Staff may stop a game for abusive or dangerous behaviour; no refund is given in that case.

4. Other

   • These terms may change; this page will show the new date. Bookings already made follow the terms that applied when they were made.
   • These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
